We gather for worship as a Church family in the Refuse Cafe, Chester-le-Street, DH3 3AU every Sunday from 5:00 pm. Our services our informal and usually last up to 90 minutes. Free refreshments are available before worship.
We have a house group on the first and third Wednesday of each month which offers a chance for teaching and discussion around a bible passage or theme. The group meets at different homes so best to check for details.
Our breakfast club meets in the cafe on the first Saturday of each month. An opportunity to meet and chat and eat breakfast together. We gather from 10:00 am when the cafe opens.
On the fifth Wednesday a group meets for a drink and a chat from 7:30 pm. Usually in the Wicket Gate Pub ,local Wetherspoons.
We will run an Alpha course when we have enough people interested. Alpha is a free12 week course which enables people to explore questions about life, faith and God. Over 25 million people worldwide have been on an Alpha course which has been delivered in over 100 countries and languages.
